Have you got a service manual? If not, get one please and then use it. You're killing me slowly.
Clutch lever: There are 2 adjusters in the clutch cable. One at the lever, and one in the cable. Adjust them both to lessen tension on the clutch cable.
Flywheel: Use an impact wrench. OR put the bike in a high gear and use something to jamb the rear wheel. A bar through the sprocket resting on the swingarm will work. OR some people cram a rag in through the spark plug hole to stop the piston.

That's odd about the clutch cable. If you turn the adjusters on the perch just so, there is a slot that the cable comes out of. If the in-cable adjuster and the perch adjuster are loosened, it should come out of that slot.
The flywheel nut is your regular thread, lefty loosey, righty tightey. It can be quite a bear without an impact wrench, so block up the drivetrain however you need to and put some muscle to it. And merry merry x-mas!

For the flywheel, I've used a Craftsman strap wrench

Did you remove the FW?
If so....
You took note of the woodruff key?
You checked for its presence after you installed the FW?

You know Byte.... I am amazed that everyone is as accomidating to you with what seems like silly questions. Someone with no mechanical ability should not throw stones at those who are helping you....
This is why I stopped answering your questions long ago.
You know.... New Years is coming up.... think about turning over a new leaf.
