Yep... I've had arm pump allot.... before I got a Stabilizer....

I am not saying your clutch is like mine.... but it sounds like your saying mine is like yours. So... back atcha.....

Wibby pointed out the likely meaning of that statement: 4Ts often have hot start levers on the clutch perch.

I'd thought of it only from the standpoint of something 'special' about a 2T clutch lever.

We modded my clutch Saturday

Used two KDX springs and 3 Honda Nighthawk 700SC springs

It's freaking awesome now!

Two KDX 'H' springs...........

Wibby's springs were S-T-I-F-F mo-fos.....

We used longer bolts 'cuz the springs we put in were a good bit longer. Lots easier to start screws longer'n the springs as opposed to shorter'n the springs.

Rode yesterday..plenty of places it would've slipped..it did OK after Wibby adjusted it to suit when it warmed up.

I don't advocate different springs, really. It would be nice to have 'em all the same. Still...the EFM clutch is 'adjusted' using different pressures on the clutch hub posts. I don't think it's something that's going to blow up any minute.

With a spring rate tool (just to make it a lot easier) I suppose you could figure out what was needed...order a set of springs that would work...and be all the same.

The 'E' clutch has five springs, makes it a bit better for mixing spring rates.

Looked at McMaster-Carr. Nothing close. Figure 5/8" diameter, .080" wire diameter, flat ground..the shortest they have is about 3".

Juliend: That link is for a lever that has needle bearing in the pivot. Not all the 'easy' levers have that. Any 'bearing' would work better'n a pin stuck in an aluminum hole.

I have the MSR raptor pro it has three positions for the clutch cable,I have it on the lightest pull and its easy as butter.Moose also makes one with two positions.
