Header Pipe Bracket - KDX220

Post by Byte »

I have learned that my KDX220 does not have a header Pipe Bracket. Should there be one as stock? IF not, what after market part do you recommend I use?

Should just have 2 springs holding it onto the jug ... and 2 mounts to the frame. Anything more or less is not common.

Cast into jug, I see 2 threaded holes 180 degrees apart more or less that appears like it holds a bracket similar to the one shown in this link...

Sorry - the correct terminology is flanger protector.

yes 2 x springs.

But also see 2 holes (1 hole each about 1" apart from where the srping hole is).

THese holes are machined and not damaged..

KDX history lesson...

KDX's are distributed all over the world. Other countries KDX's are slightly different. Some use those... yours don't.
