MX style fender

Post by knowledge seeker »

Does anyone know if there is an MX style rear fender for a KDX200? Possibly in black?. I've looked all over the web with no luck.
Thanks,
Roger

MX fender doesn't have a tailight on it or angled down half way.

A picture is worth one word:

The word is 'ebeck's'.

Another:

The word is 'Bleak's'

You didn't say what year....

I didn't find it at FRP. Maier makes one. Their website is pathetically slow..I'd expect problems trying to actually BUY something off the site:

HERE!

Any shop should be able to order a fender from Maier.

I don't see 'KDX' in the question....frame or otherwise.

Oh kay....

And if you are refering to the second question in which you quoted...

Then OEM IS the stock fender on that bike stock and there is no difference.

Correct?

OEM fender

..in the second pic.

MX style fender

..in the first pic.

Maybe it's the order of appearance not matching the order of the question that brings on such confusion.

I would have posted a pic of an MX-style rear fender that FITS a KDX (not anything I found at FRP...)..but I haven't been able to post (new) pics for a few weeks.

I did provide a link that HAS a pic.

Seems altogether reasonable, understandable, straightforward...and correct to me.

Great link. It works. It shows 'fenders'.

I searched every catalog..'fender' 'MX style fender' 'body parts'...I got pertinent stuff like:

UNIVERSAL FENDER BAG (Chase Harper)

It is hard to make a point when you don't have one..but thanks for tryin'!

I don't s'pose anyone noticed that the FRP link does indeed show NO fenders for a KDX..........

Thank you guys for your replies!!. As far as I've looked, Maier makes a black one, but they don't have Puerto Rico as a shipping option. I guess I'll stick to green.

Thanks again,
Roger
