my 1992 kdx 200 has a hard clutch to pull back and i was wondering if that was normal because on my dad crf 250 his clutch is easy taken it a newer bike but i was wounder if i could make it less hard top pull back or if that normal for my kdx

Most likely normal, hondas have always had nice clutch action. Lube cable, and adjust, that's about all you can do if your clutch is working fine otherwise. They do make aftermarket perches to alter the leverage.

Replace the cable and make sure it is routed correctly.

Routing is the biggest cause of a hard clutch....
