13-51 gearing
Anyone running 13-51 gearing, and if so any premature wear on the chain guide? I just bought a 13-51 and noticed the rear sprocket awfully close to the back of the chain guide. Was running a 12-47 but wanted something just a tad lower. Either I'm getting slower, or these hills keep getting bigger. Been saving for some rb work, but that will be at the end of the season the way it is looking.

I think most switch to the Fredette/Moose chain guide or use a file and "adjust" the stock one. I changed to 13/50 and put on the Moose guide. Although, I did have much choice...my stock guide was pretty much destroyed. The Fredette/Moose guide is much stronger.
