What Next?

Post by 2FAST »

2005 200 All stock except for FMF woods pipe run's great with stock jetting atleast to me but now im looking for a little more maybe remove the snorkle or whole air-box lid maybe rejet?? what would be my best bet for a little more power? And one more question I notice when I run my bike out of gas and refill with fresh premium gas it run's sooo much better what's the deal I mean the gas is fine for about a week!!! after that to me the bike seems to just run at like 70% power as to 100% on a fresh mixed tank?

Maybe your vent is plugged?

Remove the airbox lid... that will lean it out a tad and make a duck appear under your seat!

DeltaForce 3 reed cage and reeds, RB'd of course.....

Maybe your petcock screen is pluged a bit causing this to act up only when your tank is low?

Fresh premix is always a good idea. Obviously you can feel the difference. I've found old gas makes my bike easy to start but kinda sluggish performance whereas fresh gas is a little harder to light off but provides more zip!!
