Post by 2FAST »

Just ordered A FMF Gnarly pipe for my 2005-200 I ride 90% tight trail's and gas line's and my question is will this pipe give me more of a hit or better say will I feel the diffrence I like ths stock power but it does lack a little off bottom to me and the power doesnt hit as jard as I would like but when it does get in the meat of it 'it is great..But at the end I want a lil more snap off bottom.

Woods is for bottom end.... That's what I run still...

It will perform better over the stock everywhere though.... I think you will be happy with it.

For the best bang for the buck, a head modification from RBD is probably the thing to do along with the pipe. $45, I believe.
You say you like the power as is, just looking for a bit more bottom. The pipe and head job will force you to rejet. Once you get the jetting right you'll have a whole new bike-crisp, responsive, happy motor.
