Air temp? Winter air requires fatter jetting.... a 155 main and a 45 or 48 pilot should work on the 200... and clip in the middle for the needle.

Summer ridng , 60-70 degree day , how doe's this compare to the stock jetting ?

Has anyone found a spec chart for the stock jetting on both a 200 and a 220?

There is no "stock" jetting from what I can tell. It depends on the dealer and what they put on when they prep the bike. I assume they get a jet pak and use that.

I found some stock numbers on line ,, but these may be year specific also.

A 2005 220 with 33mm carb , Pilot jet #42 , Main jet #145

A 2006 200 with 35mm carb , Pilot jet #48 , Main jet #160

"A 2005 220 with 33mm carb , Pilot jet #42 , Main jet #145"

That is how my '02 220 came stock.

I think I ended up 140/38 with a shiny pipe and 1/2 the airbox lid cut out.

You'll have to work on your own jetting; mine is specific to my bike, location, temp and riding style and NOT a recommendation as to what you should run

I'm not being a butt. The stock settings will run the bike, a couple of hours of carefull jetting and air screw changes will get it running nice and crisp

When Inda said 'There is no 'stock' jetting...' I believe he was referring to jetting a stock bike to a definite jet-set, NOT what 'comes with'.

The 200/220 numbers you posted are good for all 'H' model 200s and all 'A' model 220s (as far as I know, no warranties expressed or implied).

Certainly (as Inda said) a KDX could have rolled out the showroom floor with something different from OEM due to dealer changes.

A lot of this info might be found in the " Members Bike Profiles" section on this site
