HID Kits on Ebay

I was searching around on the net for my choices on a replacement H6M bulb for thr KDX headlight housing and came across this:

Evidently Ebay is full of them. I have also seen them sold by some ATV sites, but for a lot more money. The kits come with any kind of bulb you need, even the H6M bulb that plugs right into the stock housing.
Has anyone bought one of these? I have seen some threads on other sites where people have bought them with good results. I have only seen one example where a guy had a ballast go bad. Any opinions from the electrically-minded guys?
