this might sound dumb...

nothing in the shop manual, and i don't have the owner's manual... the petcock on my 1989 kdx200 is not marked.

what are the positions?? i think middle is off, up is reserve, and down is on. is that correct??

strange it's not the same as my 1988 vn750...

i appreciate your reply, will save me from freezing outside with a fuel line and some premix, as my bike is winterized.

btw, the vn750 is middle on, down off, up reserve...

both kaw's of the same vintage...
