should be an easy one for you.my 220 is in need of rear wheel bearings.the parts diagram shows two bearings but the all-balls kit i've received has three.

the part no.on the kit is 17-1190.A and quotes that they are for kx125 (97-02)
kx250 (97-02) and kx500(94-04)

do i have the right set?

you should only have two, the kx has three because they use two on the sprocket side just like the rm I have, you may be able to still use the two if they are the right size. But I would take them back where you bought them and have them get you the right ones.

Look at any parts fiche to find out what your bearing size/type is. From BuyKaw:

92045 92045-1239 BEARING-BALL,6004X8JRLLX2/3A

Again...this is for an 'A' 220.

Do the bearings you have say '6004' on them?

thanks fellas.i opened the packet carefully and found the bearings were 6004's.so they were the correct size and i now have one spare rear.at least i now know that kx250's of a certain year fit.thanks for taking the time CC.
