To change the shifting forks you need to split the case. If you are popping out of all gears it isn't likely a fork - that kind of cause usually manifests slowly and is limited to the gears that a fork actuates. It sounds more like a shifting mechanism problem that would be accessible to troubleshoot and fix without splitting the cases.

Re: 'I had...'

Wasn't that due to the broken piece getting lodged in the shifting mechanism?

The broken pieces were the kicking gear and the clutch basket.
I think the gear wouldn't stay in cuz they didn't engage well enough because the clutch was kinda jammed, well that's how I explain it anyway
(and I could be very wrong but I don't have any other explaination and no shiffting problem since the new clutch basket)

Does your bike make more unusual noise or is it just slipping out of gear? (any gear?) Do you find neutral other places than between 1st and 2nd?

Edit: I'm not saying that's what your problem is, I just noticed a "similar" symptom when the kips went kaput, might be nothing.
How often do you replace your oil? I find neutral more often when it's time for an oil change...
