Would switching to a 90/100-21 tire mean anything?

Post by cleoent »

I have a chance to pick up a free front tire, hardly used. But it's a 90/100-21, any chance that would work?

Why wouldn't it work? A free tire is always a good thing.

won't work! It'll mount but won't work worth a damned. It'll screw up the geometry and overall handling of the bike, basically it'll run like **** .
Tell you what, since this won't work 4 U, I'll take it off your hand FOR FREE! just send it to me, I'll make good use of it :busted:

What's the harm in trying it so you could understand the subtleties between the 90 and the 80?

I will, my sprockets are wearing as fast as my rear tire, so I'm gonna break that baby out before I start up harescrambles. The 120 will be a BEAST.
