OE or Other???

Post by paceyman »

06 200 - Found (1) swingarm and (1) shock bearing dry. I was able to free them up but the shaft had pits on it. I loaded them with grease and have a couple of weeks before my next outing.

Who makes the best bearings and seals for this swingarm and shock that you have had good luck with?

Is the Bel Ray waterproof grease applicable? :?

Thanks all.

I've had best results with OEM.
Search around on here for some alternatives to the lower shock bearing, if you want.

I have had very good results with Pivot Works on many different bikes.

Whatever you do don't buy any bearing kits on ebay that are not name brand,I made that mistake once cause it was half the price of pivot works and the Linkage bearings blew out in six months of riding(And they get greased once a month.

BelRay grease is great stuff
