Guts seat covers

Post by Ondatrail »

Is there a difference between the "grippy" material on Guts Competition and Flamer seat covers?

Let us know what ya think when you put it on. What did you pick? Tall? Firm?

Tall and medium. There is no "firm" just soft, medium and hard.

Yes its grippy. The tread:

Not as much grip as some I've seen but I didn't want to be super-glued to my seat anyways

I have the same seat on my bike except the all black one. Also went with tall foam to get more up on the tank. Cover has really held up well. Had it for 2 seasons and it still looks new. I would recommend.
WR sold. Now have 03 and 04 KDX 220s.

How firm is it compared to the stock (very soft) foam?

Thanks for sharing the pics - I've been looking for good pics with the tall foam and it's exactly as I had hoped!!

The medium is just hard enough, like my friends MX seats. I think I heard the "hard" was like KTM seats.

You might find a NOS one on Ebay, but looks like all the new ones just have the brand on the back.
