Does anyone make fork air bleeder screws for the kdx forks?

Are you talking about the air bleeder valves? If so, they are standard size so any will work. The shorter, the better, less handlebar interference.

they all leak and are easy to break and when you break one that fork becomes a worth less poggo stick. just my take on them.

They all leak? What are you talking about, screws or fork bleeders?

Don't have any trouble with mine. i can see how you could break them in a nasty crash (MAYBE) and if you do break'em I'm sure you'd have other things to worry about

Mine are pretty well protected, I'll take a pic in awhile. Need to go out and wash and unload bike anyway.

As far as leaking? They don't leak, until you want em too

If you worry about them busting off, and I've ridden with a guy that happened to, just take your stock screws and put them back in. What? You don't have the stock ones? Why? Do they take up too much space in your fanny pack?

BTW, mine don't leak. I've had 3 bikes with them and none of them have leaked. Well, when I push the button they do.

This brings up another question;

If I have bleeders on my forks and they release pressure when i push them, is that a pretty good sign my fork seals are good? Then why do I find fork oil on one leg when I still have pressure in both legs?

If you deside to get them Motion Pro makes them:

A very slow leak maybe? Would explain the bit of oil on the leg and still hold pressure

I believe there is another company that makes them even smaller (for those worried about breaking them), but can't recall where, anyone?

So your oil leaks out on the fork leg but you still have pressure in the cap...

You ride with funny friends that squirt a little oil on the leg?

When my seal blew, you could hear the air suck in on rebound and the oil gush out on compression. When I disassembled, I had very little oil, and very much air.

Moose bleeders are half the height. Motion Pro's 22mm compared to Moose only 10.5mm high

Interesting, half the height and almost twice the price. Guess they don't sell them by weight or length ! :?

Wow, Mr. Wibbens, those are tall. Mine are about 15mm tall. They don't leak.

BTW, I was told by a suspension tuner never to bleed the forks unless the front wheel is off the ground so there is no pressure on the forks.

Motion Pro makes some that are only 3/8" but they require drilling, tapping and end milling of the fork caps
