cable coming from igntion???????help

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding that wire that comes from the left side of the engine, to make a long story short, my dog eat a bunch of my wiring including this particular one, what does it do and where does that conect to?.....since all my wiring are chewd up, I'want to bypass my lighting, so how can I do that?? thanks in advance.

Are you talking about the wires coming out of the magneto case
?
Don't think you can "bypass" those are quite essential...
