What dirt bike rags do you all subscribe to and why?
I have been looking for a good non MX mag and just came across Trail Rider and was wondering if it was worth it.

Trail Rider offers a more common sense approach to the sport in that its articles, be it TEST RIDES, RIDING TECHNIQUES, are geared for the true off roader, albeit those who ride/compete on the Eastern seaboard. Another nice facet of the magazine is that they occasionally will take an older bike and upgrade it for HS/enduros, thus providing a different approach to the usual "Buy an $8,000 machine and then invest another 2 grand" approach. Dirt Rider is well balanced. But irregadless, there wont feature any articles devoted to the KDX as the bike is deemed by the industry and media as outdated, and not in line with current sales trends. For that you have the internet and forums like this.

I like Trailrider because it has some good writeups on some of the bigger East Coast Enduros and Harescramble events. There is a long lag on the reporting and results.

I like Dirt Rider and Cycle News. You can't beat Cycle News for racing coverage, and Dirt Rider does a pretty good job on bike comparisons and other tips. I haven't tried Trail Rider but I've thought about it for years.
