Hour meter installed

While waiting on parts to finsh up my Wiseco piston install I also added
a hour meter ..
I've used these on atv's before and also have one on my boat so i thought adding this new piston would be a good time plus I had a brand new one that I never got to install on a atv..
These meters are just about 2 inchs by 1, not very big at all.
I found a piece of angle alum. and trimed it down to fit , then I
mounted it using the holes in the front of triple clamp, the ones
to left of the odometer..
Then all you have to do is run the wire from the meter down to the
coil wire and wrap it around it and put a zip tie on it to hold it
in place , thats it...it's out of the way,doesn't rub nothing, looks neat and can give you good info about your motor....
Yamaha sells 2 types, one with just hours and another that shows hours and rpm's..But if you just want a hour meter go to a boat dealer,
there's are cheaper....
