I sandblasted the inside of my pipe. 150psi and a shitload of sand got the entire pipe brand new inside!

I'm WAY late on this one, but.......... Before sending a used pipe in a couple of years ago, to be ceramic coated they told me to take it to an automotive machine shop and have them cook it (in their hot tank) to remove built up carbon. I took the pipe in and they charged like $20 bucks and all was good for the replating. No muss, no fuss

I've only been on this site since early 2010, didn't know about the Drano trick. Good to know! Info like that is why I like this site so much.
