If you race/ride do you wear either one or none ?

I wear pads right now, I'd wear braces if I could afford them though. I won't ride without the pads anymore after cracking a previous pair in half during one of my crashes.

Don't ride without my Cells. Can still hyperextend a knee (either)..but not quite as bad or as likely.

Thor Force is more than a pad but aint a brace

knee pads in the dirt and on the street, always.

I wear knee pads on the KDX, and on the snowmobile since I impaled my knee on a tree branch last Fall. If I was smart, I would have been wearing them BEFORE I got hurt.
