Where to buy jet kit?
Can someone tell me where to buy a jet kit for a 2006 200? And what brand/part number would be correct. Thanks!

You just need to get a handful of brass...

Throw a CEL needle in the mix.
The man asked about a kit!!!. I'll field that one..........
After much thinking, pondering, and figgering...here 'ya go:
If it's a kit your after, JD sells one.
Google 'JD jetting kit'..take your pick of sellers. You're after a JDKA03
JD does know jetting...don't have NO idea how well his kit works in the KDX (or any other bike for that matter).
Come to think of it...I don't know of any KDXer that's used one.
How 'bout it, folks? Any field tested reporting to be shared?
Gotta love multiple taper needles..............
BTW...nothing in his jetting kit is going to 'fit' (it'll screw in, but it won't be right) a modified (=RB) carb.
That's the easy-shmeasy way to do it. ONE way to do it anyway. You won't know if its right unless you go through a general jetting sequence (WOT tests, plug examination, throttle response adjustments/tuning and the like).
Here's a plan. Buy one. Send it to me. I'll let you know if it works.
Considering the cost..you could buy all the brass AND a needle or two AND a 1/2 a box of sparky plugs and do it yourself..............

kd snuck that one in unawares.........
