Where should the front brake line be routed?
on the inside of the fork leg so it doesn't catch anything on the trail

Congrats! :supz:

You may also want to install the front guide-chain to protect your investment/engine case. (Kawasaki part 12053-1233) You will have to add another $5!

The 200's and 220's didn't come with that part that I can find.

Also, I fixed the chain guard today and adjusted the chain accordingly. I took it out tonight and the forks feel pretty good but they seem a bit stiff. I haven't really taken it over any really rough terrain so I think they will be perfect once I do. I hit some really small jumps and it didn't bottom out so that was good. It also has no trouble pulling the front end up through third with the slightest bit of clutching. Overall I'm very impressed with this bike. Now that the warm weather is here I can't wait to find some more places to ride and really put this thing to the test.

I'm happy for you and jealous. Winter has been cruel over here this year: We still have about 3 feet of snow on the ground. All of us from Québec/Canada are simply  with all this white **** on the ground. ... Maybe it is a good thing that I am still waiting to receive the RB Mods .

Yea, I'm considering the RB mods. Probably will do that and reeds with new jetting next year.

Just curious how do you have an NGK ignition cover? Factory or home made?

I'm pretty sure it's just a sticker but I don't really know.

On the other hand, I got my seat cover in today and I was under the impression that these things just snapped on around the seat but boy was I wrong. The thing had to be stretched and stapled all around the seat. It took me 3 hours of fighting with it and it still ended up looking like crap. It also ripped in one spot in the process of trying to get it installed. I'm pretty pissed about the whole experience but I should have known better then to order one off of ebay.

One a little dirty after a short ride and one cleaned up a little. I didn't do too much because I'm heading to the MX park tomorrow. That should be a riot in and of itself
