Will a 05 complete clutch assembly(baskett,plates)from a 220 fit straight into a 1990 e series motor????

I know that doesn't mean they won't fit, but.....

Beware of differences between US and overseas models. That difference has queered a few 'This looks good!' deals.

I don't know they are different..some of the differences are not documented anywhere.

It's iffy, for sure.
