What's happened to my shaft ?

Post by kdxquebec »

The front wheel shaft of my kdx is bent. I know sometimes the front end hit hard but hard a the point to bend a front axle?

Front brake did not worked well in my last rides, they worked like they need a bleeding job. But I think I found the problem now. :?

Look at this little video

Guess I'm not the only one to bend a front axle. But mine was from hitting another rider broadside at 58+ mph.

Good thing I hit a Honda! :kick:

If I had hit another Kawi who knows what might have happened when two unstoppable objects meet.
The universe might have imploded.

Yeah! I had some hard hits but I dont recall exactly when it was... I was able to ride but , as I said, the front brake did not worked well. The axle was bent and because of that, the brake rotor was not at the good place.
