OK Urgent help needed fellas!!

Hey all.
I need some help or advice on the rear shock for my 1990 kdx is there anyway known a H model kdx rear shock and spring will fit? Im starting to go bonkers trying to find one on ebay and other places. mines shot to pieces and not repairable. if anyone has tried or knows i would be greatly appreciated

Would this one fit?

Any reason why vince they look the same other than the gas resivour is slightly different?? more info would be helpfull :supz:

The reservoir is angled as such ... it will hit the frame I believe. Morie should know more about this...

Yeah the E series reservior is angled down to clear the pipe. The H series reservior will interfere with the pipe.

Yeah Cheers Jerry! Much appreciated ill do them up a email and find out and let you know. Would have been nice if the newer model shock had fitted. Im amazed with all the info for front end conversions there is not more mods out there for the rear mono shock.

I think the reason there's not much on the rear shock is because they work pretty well as-is or with a rebuild. I added a gold-valve to my KDX shock and I could not tell any difference in performance myself. But then, it could be my riding skills too.

Cheers Phillipe! That Shockie is mine! how amazing it is you scour through 35 pages plus of ebay auctions and still miss the one you want! this should get me out of trouble.
