What is the difference between the KDX220R and the KDX220SR?

SR is the European model.

then is there any difference between the 2? as in the engine parts?

SR is fuel injected... so probably some differences.

As far im aware the SR was for the japan home mrket only. a lot were exported,i have one here in thailand,. came road legal for almost anwhere, lots of differences, carb is a 28mm v 33 on the R

they had them in France (the 125 I'm sure of) and the UK too I believe
