I've been slowly expanding where I buy parts online beyond RMMC (just happened to get into the habit of buying from them early on) to other online vendors with decent luck (competative prices, fairly quick turn around time, orders almost always correct (no one is perfect - I can accept the occasional screw up)). Anyway, maybe there are some online gems I've missed that you folks know of that well serve the KDX community that you might recommend to the group at large. So, where do you purchase your KDX parts online? ((This makes me a bit nervous but if you're so inclined, list the online vendors you personally would avoid and indicate why.))
I'll answer first ordering the businesses I shop at online by how much I spend there from highest dollar amount to lowest:
1. Rocky Mountain (http://www.rockymountainmc.com)
2. MotoSport (http://www.motosport.com)
3. Fredette Racing Products (http://www.frpoffroad.com)
4. Dennis Kirk (http://www.denniskirk.com)
At this point I would have no reservations what-so-ever about dropping $150 at any of the above vendors.
(I imagine there is a poll of some sort lurking behind my query but I'm too lazy to think about trying to create a well-designed question.)

RonAyers would be on my short list.
Rocky Mtn. I've used quite a bit...but their new (well, sorta..not so new by now) online system is a royal PITA.
I've not found bike bandit to be decently priced in most cases. I'm sure there are exceptions to that..it's an anecdotal statement.

When I was rebuilding I ordered a bunch from bikebandit.com. They have good prices, but their shipping is painfully slow. That may be because they are in Cali and I am in Michigan, but it seemed slower than usual. They have a good RMA process though, and their tech help people are pretty knowledgeable. I order a new kickstart boss, and they sent me a circlip instead. They paid for return shipping and cross shipped the correct part for me.

Jeff and Robb are both KX/KDX owners. They also did the top-end/chrome job on my bike last month.
