I replaced the dust wiper, seal, and bushing (racetech):

Oil & Dust Seal Set - SKOS14S $15.99
Bushing - SMSB 1415, $9.99

The seal head assembly (SMSB 1415) is $38.99.

Next go around I'm installing a gold valve and modifying the shim stack. I probably will go with the seal set and the bushing again because I'm just that way (hard-headed, I know).

N2 recharge = $10, Keith at Commonwealth Cycles on Baxter Ave. It was an "overnight" deal - he takes it home with him to recharge (that's where HIS shop is), ready the next day. I think one could just take it to his shop in the evenings and do things right there on the spot. BTW he does suspension work/tuning, I might give him a shot at my forks this winter. PM me if you want contact info.
