Best looking bike in the gallery...

Post by wanaride »

Ha, made you look!

I'm very proud of how it has all turned out. Now all I'm lacking is the RB carb mod and DF3 reed cage, but the bike is a blast as is and I can keep up with my buddies on KX/YZ250s (in the woods), so I'm in no rush.

Nope, not slippery at all. The top is a gripper type material, the slides are slick but they haven't been a problem so far.

Nice Photoshop work! I've been wondering what a black sidepanel would look like, now I know I need to order one!

Very nicely done, I love messing with my bike in photoshop. When I first saw the first one I thought of Destry Abbott's 2007 H&H bike...

I wonder if anyone has tried those new rim stickers as a way to get the black look without replacing the rims?

Rim stickers!?

That's one sharp bike, wanaride, a real beaut . . .

and Photoshop - I didn't know you could do that. Great way to unleash creativity . . . is it difficult to use Photoshop?

Yeah, I saw rim stickers on someone's bike during the Orlando Supercross Lites race, and then I saw them in Dirt Rider magazine. I think Powersport Grafx sells them; other companies probably do too.

I used to use Photoshop (some) a few years ago to assist with video editing. I could only do 0.001% of what the software could do. There is quite a learning curve with it, but that isn't the problem. The PRICE of it is the real problem. (Don't ask me where I got my copy. ) After the >$500 pricetag for the software, the learning curve won't look too bad!

I've since gotten Microsoft Digital Image Pro and it works pretty well; not as feature rich as Photoshop, but it was $100 so I'm ok with it.

Why a -35 on your 200?

A favor from the masses, please? Please don't post with quotes that include pics just posted. All it does is make for long posts with the same thing over and over...and too much time and space.

Thanks.

I've got those same PC stickers...on my old fender!

Oh yeah, I put a new fender/taillight on my KDX the other night. It looks sweet! Those MX style ones really make them look much better.
