Maybe If you have a WR450, you don't need to ride a KDX. That is if you don't mind riding a pig all of the time

I'd like to ride a WR450 some time. I bet they are a blast. The new KLX450 is on the cover of the new Dirt Rider magazine I just received...I bet that thing is sweeeeeet!

Yep . . . I definately ride the bikes. Although I have not gone as much as I want I have gone 10 times this year. Had to wait for the snow to melt but have been riding steady since March this year. The trails in the NW are great right now - good traction and no dust yet.

Most of the pictures of the bike were done when I first got the bike done. But . . . as my son says "I get obsessive at times" and usually keep the bikes pretty clean. Hate working on dirty bikes.

I will post some "dirty" pictures.

WR sold. Now have 03 and 04 KDX 220s.
KXF 250 forks. RB Carb and Head. FMF rev pipe. Long live the KDX !!!

Footnote - I recently sold my WR 450. It was a poweful bike but very heavy. It was the best hill climbing bike though. It was a tank. It was powerful and liked to go straight. It did not like to turn.

So it to a guy who was going to use the bike for dual sport. With gas prices these days it kinda made sense.

I am now done to just two bikes - both KDXs :supz:

Just bolted up the kickstand, super easy, looks like a well built, simple part. See how it works on the trail. My old kickstand was sure tired.
