Maybe people should post their valving/shim setups so we have them all in one place? I will if you want me to, but I don't want to clutter the thread up if no one cares.

A sticky or a section might be a good idea to post your shim configuration and such?

strider, scheckeat - did you reconfigure both the BV and MV shim stacks at the same time? I'm considering tearing down my forks again and restacking (now that the CVs are easier to disassemble after MX-Tech took them apart).

I love the forks I have for the high speed stuff and the larger hits, but the slow speed stuff needs work. I'll probably get a revalve kit from RaceTech or ProSuspension and do the whole thing myself.

What are you running in the basevalve now? Most people on here seem (including me) like reducing the BV stack (low speed) 24mm shims down to 4 instead of the stock 7+.

I did both at the same time. You can take the BV out witout removing the forks from the bike.

What is wrong with your lowspeed now? I would reshim the stock valves first before going to aftermarket, but that is me.

I removed 6 out of 10 of the bigger 24mm shims . . .

I might try to remove a few more to see.

I am running 4 24's, low speed is great, highspeed hits still beat me up. MV changes on the way.

same here 4 of the 24 left. It was harsh for awhile but I lowered the torque on the triple and it's much much better so keep that in mind.
I don't do much hich speed stuff so can't really tell for sure, but it seems a bit shacky. Might need to adjust the height in the trees a bit.

I agree with strider, I would try to modify the stock before spending $ on a revalve kit.

We need to get some more visibility for this poll to get more data points...bump. I don't think I have ever bumped a thread here:)
