Well i was going to order a primary Drive Kit but... they wont have them in until Mid-May which is a little too far away for me. I would like to get everything purchased for under $100 if possible. I was looking at a Jt Alloy sprocket that is only $35 and the front is $11. Which leaves me about $60 for the chain. I was going to get a parts unlimited if i can get it cheap enough. Does this sound like a good combo or can i get a better deal?

Look on Monkeybutt.com from the links above. They have complete sets for around $95 before shipping. Maybe less, I usually get a set like that. I think that the wear would be the same for both sprockets from the same co. I don't have any facts to back that up just a personal prefrence.

Ryan, I did the exact same thing as you a few months ago. I bought a $10 JT front Sprocket, and $32 Part U. Rear, and the $60 PU X-ring chain.

It's a great combo, it's held up so far.

ok, i got a jt rear primary drive front and a decent chain. I hope it was worth the $120 i spent. I wish they had the primary drive stuff in stock, but that will be my next chain.

I put a JT combo on my 87 200 that I traded off to the neighboor kid and just put JT set on my 2000 , no problems they seem like good steel sprockets.

I've also run the JT sprockets without problems and they last.
