Torque settings

The time has come to torque my head and cylinder does somone have the torque settings, thanks. Mines a 200

they are in the book if you have it. I dont have mine at work or i would give them too you.

Cylinder Head Nuts 18 ft/lb
Cylinder Nuts 18 ft/lb
Engine Mounting Nuts 33 ft/lb
Engine Mounting Bracket Bolts 22 ft/lb
2002 KDX 220
RB'd Carb and Head

Hard to get to the cylinder nuts without an adapter. MotionPro makes one. No need to figure torque value differences as long as you keep the adapter at 90º to your torque wrench.

I just removed the tank. its 2 screws and a rubber strap. :wink:

That works for the head bolts but not the cylinder bolts. :wink:

What do the tank, two screws and a rubber strap have to do with access to the cylinder nuts with a torque implement?
