Tighten until you feel it strip and then back off a quarter turn!!!
If you insist on using the correct torque settings.....
Rocker Arm Nut: 65 ft/lb
Shock Bolt: 29 ft/lb
Tie-Rod Nut: 61 ft/lb
Swingarm Pivot Bolt: 65 ft/lb
