FOUND IT!!!!!! It was the cdi box. I borrowed one off a friends 200, 2 kicks and it fired right up. Put mine on his and nothing. Next question. What would cause it to go bad? Or just that it's electronic and **** happens?

Thats pretty much it. You should be able to find a CDI on ebay for pretty cheap.

Don't hear of them going bad often. Actually, I think this is the first one I've hard of. On the KDX anyway.
