I used to use it. Haven't in a while. If you do get a flat and want to fix it... you have a mess to clean up first. But, it will get you back to the truck...

50/50.

Half the time it works to get you back. Half the time it just makes a mess in your tire and it's still flat.

Works good for small punctures...not so good for pinch flats.

Personally, I'd rather ride back on a flat or change it out on the trail than to have to clean up the gooo.

That's my experience...others may vary. :wink:
