the manual say bring bike to operating temp and remove plug tap with rubber mallet til carbon particals come out . Mine had no particals instead it looked like changing the oil on my pick up WTF whats going on

Ditto what Indawoods stated.

Also depends somewhat on the oil you run - a number of the synthetic oils do not seem to produce the carbon particles that their dino cousins produce. I find that running a good synthetic oil may leave an spooge covered PV and some spooge coating in my pipe but the carbon build-up that I use to experience in the header area of the pipe and in the spark arrestor just does not happen.

OUCH! That's at least part of the problem I think. That stuff is bad sticky....
But IC is right... the synth stuff doesn't create carbon like the dino stuff since it doesn't have any organic material in it.

If I was you, I'd but some better oil than the Bel-Ray because it gums up the KIPS bad.

Amsoil or Motul would be the way to go.....

if i were to switch to amsol or motul would i mix the same 50:1 ratio also im just curious what plugs do you run i run ngk br8es in my bike

I know the Amsoil Interceptor is run at 50:1 and it is what I run. It is made for clean powervalves.

I run the BR8ES as you....
