I emailed them and they said that they don't make a guide for the 220.
Does anyone have one that they know to be retro-fitable?
Like one for a KX? My chain is getting worn from the Fredette guide. It is aligned properly but just the side-to-side movement of the chain alone is causing it to rub against the outer plate. The part that makes me most nervous is that the master link is getting worn. I have a spare as I should but I don't like the thought of throwing the chain, period.
Thanks
T.M. Design works chain guide?

No. The slider is still stock. Not worn much at all.
It isn't noisy at all or I would definitely say that something is wrong.
I wonder how the stock guide works. It is one of those things that I have always replace with an FRP guide. They always worked great on my XR's. To me it's like having a good shark fin or radiator guards....... Just gotta have 'em. I am mostly interested in the plastic like TM because if it is the right kind it can take some serious abuse and yet have give to it that the aluminum kits don't.
I need to take a measurement of the guide on a KX, I guess.

I live close to the loop and hit many sections of on a weekly basis.
If you ever want to take a trip up here I would not dissapoint. My brother-in-law and I have been checking out the NETRA route sheets for the Reading loop and the Springfield loop which ties into the Red Fox. The Springfield loop is good. The Reading loop needs revision.
Anyway. I leave right from my house and hit the Red Fox stuff plus the surrounding trails and find that 40 to 50 miles is a real smiler

File the sides down. Anything hard that rubs your chain is going to wear it.
