Torque on cylinder

Post by TopperHarley »

Does one have to get a crows foot or box end adapter to put on the end of the torque wrench to be able to torque the cylinder mounting nuts onto the studs? and then, how would you compensate on the torque with the fulcrum being extended? doesnt look like there is enough room for torque whench with socket on it. should I replace the oring on right subvalve rod. and where is a good place to get it. I dont see it on the OEM parts diagrams on line so far.

You can use a nut and bolt to connect a ring spanner and socket into to make tool you need. Just keep the ring spanner 90 ddegrees from the torque wrench and no need for maths.

Or weld a socket onto a ring spanner.
