Your clutch basket is probably worn and the plates are hanging up.

The clutch plate fingers have to slide on the aluminum clutch basket, over time grooves start forming and do not allow them to slide. You need to dissasemble the clutch and file the clutch basket. It will be obvious if you take it apart.

A cheap easy oil for the tranny that works well is 15w-40 diesel oil like Chevron Delo 400, Shell Rotella or Amsoil diesel synthetic (what I use, more expensive). But that is only my opinion, a lot of oils work well.

Yes I also put 4 stroke oil in my bike and the plates stuck also when i tried to kick it in gear it would lunge forward. Thought my clutch was gone but i put in some 10-40 rode it for a while then changed it again and it seems to be ok now. I don't remember which 4 stroke oil it was but if i do I'll post it

See if that fixes it. Motul does make "transoil" designed specifically for 2-stroke trannies, and it's good stuff.
