kdx200 jetting

Post by motofox2006 »

I have a 1991 kdx200 with an FMF fatty expansion chamber and modified air box lid. As far as I know the engine is stock but im not certain. Does anyone have any ideas on what jetting I need.

I run a 40:1 petrol oil mixture

It runs great as it is but wondering if it could run better.

I am not an expert by any means, but a 155MJ and 45PJ is a good place to start.

yeah, where do you live? From reference, I went with 155/45 and it works great for where I am. I'm at 300 ft. in NH.

I live in Auckland New Zealand and ride in woodhill forest which you probebly have no clue where it is but it is just opposite the beach so pretty much at sea level maybe bit higher in places
