What size PVC should i use to make a preload spacers? I have stock KDX springs i think, i bought the bike used and am not sure if i have stocks or softer than stock. I weigh around 200lbs. Also the rear is waaaay to soft also, so what weight spring should i be using?

1" Schedule 40 PVC...
Your current 5.0 spring should work fine... just need to set your sag and clickers to taste IF the shock is in good shape. Your sounds blown... You may need to rebuild it. You can get a 5.2 spring if you can't get the sag to come out right.
