How much oil should be in the stock 94 forks?
I am going to use 7 1/2 weight oil if that matters.
Come on people need some answers there sitting in the shop with out springs and oil

You don't generally do it by volume.
How much is left in each fork? The same amount? Maybe more in one than the other?
That is why you set oil by level, not by volume.
100mm is the measurement of choice for a whole lot of setups. That is not a measurement specifically for your situation.
I prefer a lower level..110/115.
That is spring out, fork collapsed, properly 'bled' (no bubbles/air pockets).
