new clutch oil real milky white after 10 min rideonmy street

I just put in new 10W-40 Mobil 1, oil and just took it around my neighborhood for about 10-15 min. and then the next day I looked at the oil and it was very milky white/grey is this normal for it to get that milky that fast ???? I always change it after every ride at St. Joe or my farm
you but your water pump seal is almost certainly the cause. good news is its an easy fix
