Thanks Lucy, sorry I didn't get around to making a dedicated post for this petcock per your request, but I'll add the photo of this $40 genuine Yamaha OEM petcock on my spare KDX220 (awaiting a rebuild & extensive mods) which also has a test fit Lectron Billetron carb on it...
You can see the inferior stock OEM Kawasaki KDX $72 petcock in the photo with the Yamaha box. They are notorious for having the (poorly designed) pressed in fuel nipple on the rear come loose and start leaking.
The stockers are also terribly tall and don't lend themselves well to carb jetting trial and error, as the carb doesn't tip out well or very far when needing to pull it or pull the top cap and slide for needle adjustments.
The OEM Yamaha unit is far better quality, molded-in (cast-in-place) brass fuel nipple, half the price, and low profile.
There is also a different part # with a side outlet variant of the same casting, but this part number with the bottom outlet is the vetter choice by far.
