Stupid cab question...

Kicking myself..but 2000 KDX 200
The pilot screw. Does it have a little black rubber ring ? Along with the spring ? And metal washer ?
The all balls carb rebuild.kit doesn't have one and I don't remember if I took one off ?
Or the order of reassembly
Looking at a parts diagram I don't see a rubber ring or a washer
