I just noticed a big tear in the little boot on the bottom of my throttle cable. down by the carb cap.
I'm assuming I need to replace the cable. While I'm at it I figured I'd replace the clutch cable due to age.
Should I go with Kawasaki OEM or aftermarket ones?

Re: OEM throttle and clutch cables vs aftermarket
Nothing fits as well as OEM. That said, I have used Motion Pro cables and they have held up great. My choice would always be OEM.

I've used tons of different cable brands over the years, and I've always come back to OEM for the best feel, and lightest pull. Worth the extra money.

Thank you SS and Nick. That's kind of what I was thinking. I'll go ahead and order the OEM ones.
