No coolant expansion tank on my 91 Kdx

I just realized my new to me 91 Kdx has no coolant expansion tank, just a hose running from the filler neck of the radiator going to to the ground....Is that normal? Thanks

No. It came with one that mounts under the left side panel.

I thought so lol, I wonder who the heck worked on this thing. The carb isn’t even aligned with the carb holder. SMH. I’m going to get this thing looking and running great. I can see it mounts behind the left side panel but not understanding where it exactly mounts below the rear fender.
